Understanding & Influence Aged Domain or Website in the eyes of SEO (Google or other SE

Apparently still a lot of misinformation about with this, though more clearly point2 note the following:

Aged domains are the domains who are at least 1 year old.
Aged Website is the website (which already includes domain) who was also more than a year in living niche .
Aged domains effect say there is no (or very small) in the eyes of SEO because the domain does not have the content / niche search engines it needs.
Aged effect on the SEO website as already recognized by search engines of the content / niche of his.
if we buy aged domains many backlinks but we make a different niche than ever will not be much help to accelerate only index and not the SERP. aged website will not be too helpful if backlink a bit.

from here we can conclude that we need to SEO a website who is aged who have relevant backlinks many aged and not just the domain and to build a website from aged aged domains of course we must look back if the domain that previously was developed (content + backlinks) or guns Quote Quote we have to restore content previously url + who have a backlink to the SE (eg google) can look back memory was only banana leaf out. Now we can focus on filling the new content.
